Famously known for its adorable Little Penguins, there’s actually far more to do at Phillip Island than you probably realise! Regardless of the time of year, there are so many activities and sights that you can take advantage of to make your visit a memorable one.
Firstly, the main draw card for our retreat at Surf Beach, is that the private beachfrontis only a short 5 minute walk away, and offers stunning surfing opportunities at any time of the year. Even if you don’t like surfing, the expanse clean, white sands and beautiful black lava rocks make for a picturesque scenery. So why not pack yourself a blanket and picnic, and just sit back on the beach and take in the glorious views!
There are various bike paths that navigate around different areas of Phillip Island, so if you’re feeling adventurous then take advantage of our number of bikes and helmets that are included for use in the Barefoot Beach House rental, and go exploring! Or pack your sneakers and check out one of the many beautiful walking trails nearby.
Of course at any season of the year, the Penguin Parade is a must-do that you and your kids will absolutely love, and the best part is that it is literally only a five minute drive away from our beach retreat!!
